Keeping a journal of progress is helpful.

One of the members of CRPS/RSD taking control Google group posted about keeping a journal of treatment, responses and reactions. This seems to be to be an excellent idea. When we suffer chronic pain it is easy to "lose the plot" and become confused about how effective or otherwise treatment is. It's also useful to look back and see how you have progressed over a period of time.

Keeping a journal and a list of what works are two very worthwhile strategies for coping and reporting on symptoms of crps/rsd.
