I've got to move it, move it.

I'm now fortunate to have some times of less pain between flare ups. It's easy to become complacent and forget to keep up strengthening, stretching and stabilizing exercises. Usually the cause of flare ups is some mechanical issue which causes discomfort that quickly escalates in symptoms and spreads from the original site. The smart thing for me to do is to remember to move it, move it.
