In this video I use mirror therapy to ease pain and improve movement in my painful right foot.

Thanks so much for posting this! A picture is worth a thousand words, right? :)

I will share this with patients who are starting this treatment.

By the way, I forgot you would have an Australian accent. So beautiful!

Thanks HTCwP. I was pretty nervous. I was so blown away by the immediate (measurable in terms of improved movement and lower pain) result. I'm still doing mirror therapy. Hope to be ok for our trip.

Let me say I was not amused to have this happen now. I have YNSA again today. Fingers crossed I can get the autonomic stuff sorted before we go. Trekking with labile BP, short breath and other cardiac stuff is no joke.

Thanks Bronnie
I'm walking better today and little pain although the ankle is still swollen.

What a great informational video you made for us Jeisea. Thanks for taking the time and making this for those that don't know what mirror therapy is or the correct way to do it. It is so very important to do it the correct way otherwise you could have more injury/problems to deal with and the mind mix up in itself is not a good thing either.

I'd like to share your video if you don't mind. I'll wait to hear from you in regards to this.

hUgz, Belle
