Yamamoto New Scalp Acupuncture helps neck pain.

Yamamoto New Scalp Acupuncture YNSA
Yamamoto New Scalp Acupuncture (YNSA) has been shown in research to be effective for neck pain with just a single treatment.

I am in remission from CRPS/RSD due to YNSA treatment after a long period using mirror therapy helped reduce symptoms.

A website dedicated to Researching Meditation

Meditation has been shown to help people with chronic pain. Mindfulness meditation for the self regulation of chronic pain study has shown long term benefits. These results were supported by a follow up study Mindfulness meditation was found to also be effective for experimentally induced pain.
Good results were found in this Loving-kindness meditation study for lower back pain.

For those interested PubMed has links to more research showing the benefits of meditation for people with pain.

An Australian Psychiatrist, Dr Ramesh Manocha has a website dedicated to Researching Meditation. New discoveries are mentioned raising questions and opportunities. This is the first website I have seen which mentions side effects of meditation. I encourage you to visit the site and click on the various links. I also recommend the Meditation Exercises at the top of the site.

Meditation is a way for us to help ourselves. To me it seems the evidence for benefits is compelling.
